521-3 text allows to measure smallest differential pressures up to 250 Pa. High accuracy and a resolution of 0.1 Pa make the instrument ideal for measuring the differential pressure in clean rooms.
Used with the Pitot tube, the pressure sensor internal measure air velocity comprised between 1 and 20 m / s.
