The high-precision differential manometer text 521-2 is the ideal solution for measuring the differential pressure in the field of ventilation and air conditioning, for example. to locate pressure losses in the filters, to check the suction fans and plants, or for carrying out the traditional measures with Pitot tube.

The text 521-2 differential pressure gauge has been developed to accurately measure the differential pressure in the field of ventilation and air conditioning systems. The instrument is particularly suited to locate pressure losses in the filters, to analyze the suction fans and installations. Or for carrying out the traditional measures with Pitot tube in the ventilation duct or the air in the process (in the 5 to 100 m / s range).
The differential pressure gauge has a differential pressure sensor with integrated temperature compensation which boasts an accuracy of 0,1% FS. You can also connect up to two optional external probes, and transform the differential pressure gauge in an all-round talent tailored to your needs. Wide range of probes, including:
• Differential pressure probes
• Probes for absolute pressure
• Probes for relative pressure
• Temperature probes (eg. Superficial probes or immersion / penetration probes)
Technical characteristics of the text gauge 521-2
Thanks to the integrated sensor for differential pressure, the measuring 521-2 text tool is able to calculate the speed and the volumetric flow through a Pitot tube (available separately). The differential pressure gauge also offers a convenient feature for calculating the average over time and points.
Possible also long term monitoring: in this case the data are saved individually or in the form of series of measures. The user can select the measurement frequency and the number of values to be saved. The dynamic measurements can be stored in the measuring instrument with a 0.04-second cycle.
With the help of the optional ComSoft software, you can play online measurement via the PC, save the data according to the measuring point, and analyze them to the PC. To print the measured values directly on site is also available quick text printer.
To measure the pressure you can choose from the following units: mbar, hPa, bar, Pa, kPa, inH2O, mmH2O, torr and psi. With the push of a button the average value are displayed, the last measured values as well as min / max values.
