Hood model Chemistry Black Activa Plus

The BLACK ACTIVA Plus hood is designed to protect both the operator and the surrounding environment / outside any manipulation contamination of harmful chemicals from the work area.
Depending on the nature of the treated fumes may use simple or impregnated charcoal filters with chemical substances such as to promote the absorption or neutralization of the substances in use.
The hood is very versatile and it can be configured in various ways according to the user's needs providing it with different accessories.
The hood is equipped with storage capacity in accordance with the UNI EN 14175-3 test report: 2003 - Article 5.3

MAIN FEATURES

- Outdoor Steel sheet metal works, 12/10, powder-coated (lasting stability, chemical resistance). On request, the walls can be covered with polycarbonate in case of using aggressive substances;
- Working Plan (can be supplied in stainless steel, porcelain or stoneware monolithic steel) with or without trays;
- Toughened front glass 6 mm slide vertically motorized rail with adjustable stop mechanically fitted with rubber anti-fall safety glass blocks (in the model 240 is not possible to have the front panel of tempered glass, as they are too heavy and fragile because of the excessive length: it is then replaced by a transparent polycarbonate panel 8 mm thick);
- Height of the electric glass when fully lowered: 10 cm from the working surface (for security reasons - chainsaw hands);
- Possibility of channeling the air outside expelled where possible from the installation by adding drain connection;
- Dual rear suction bottom slotted polycarbonate to even out the horizontal airflow from the front of the machine;
- Ready to accommodate up to 3 filters in series (max 2 to plus 1 HEPA charcoal) on each filter unit, of different thicknesses;

- Electronic card with blue microprocessor controlled high quality display;

On the control panel of the electronic card with blue display, in addition to a soft-touch keyboard in polycarbonate, they are present:

real-time reading of the air speed (in m / sec) through the front opening numeric display

Furthermore, the automatic adjustment of the air speed (optional) is able to compensate:

- Continuously the variations of the front glass opening
- The gradual clogging of the pre-filters, carbon filters and HEPA filters
- The presence of one or more operators in front of the cabin by reducing the turbulence in work areas
 

The minimum degree of IP44 electrical protection for fan motor and motor windows lifter (when present), IP55 for control cabinet, IP65 for fluorescent lamp
