ANALYZER MODEL INDUSTRIAL CHEMIST 902 IR3

The Industrial Chemist 900 analyzer is capable of measuring and storing the entity of the gaseous emissions during the operating cycle of industrial installations; It can also calculate the performance of the machines during the combustion processes.

The industrial analyzer CHEMIST IR3 902 is composed of two parts:
- The central unit;
- The gas sampling system;
- Type FLEX maximum 9 sensors;
- NDIR measuring bench for three gases (CO, CO2, CH4);
- Anti-condensate cooling system in cyclone with Peltier cell

SAMPLING SYSTEM:

Type Passive: provides probes with probes of different lengths and mounting, in different materials, with hose fitting to the central unit in various lengths. On page 9 you will find a complete list of available templates.
Type Active: provides a sample gas sampling probe with heated head and heated hose. This feature is designed to prevent condensation of water vapor arrivals to the central unit, thus altering the readily soluble gas measurement in water as NO2 and SO2. The active probe maintains the sample gas to a temperature above the dew point and keeps it unchanged up to the cooling system: this is the rapid, cyclone, with a Peltier cell. In this way the water vapor condenses so quickly that the NO2 and SO2 gases do not have the time to melt.
It 'important to know that for the following industrial analyzer model (CHEMIST 902 IR3) should always provide for the withdrawal gas sample probe with head and heated hose, electric mains (withdrawal Active System).

N.B: The expansion drawer for carrying the heated probe (included) can be attached to the central analyzer body Chemist 902 IR3. (The tip of the thermocouple and the version 1000 mm are not accommodated in the cassette due to the considerable size).
